It is our policy that we require you to work through a Limited Company, which is your employer,
for the duration of any assignment. We also prefer interim managers to opt-out of the (April 2004)
Conduct of Employment Agencies and
Employment Business Regulations 2003 as we believe that it benefits
our clients as follows:
It distinguishes our interim managers from PAYE candidates who are often in-between jobs and
with a focus on permanent work (rather than focusing on providing a quality solution to our clients).
It demonstrates to us and our clients that the interim managers have made a conscious decision to
become businesses themselves and are committed to this style of work.
Our interim managers add value because they are objective in their views, distanced from corporate
politics and interested only in providing the best solution for the client.
Working from assignment to assignment, our interims recognise that they are judged always by their
last assignment and their focus is totally on the task in hand - quality focused and not focused on trying
to get on the payroll.
By opting-out of the EAA regulations, we believe that interim managers will reinforce
their protection against IR35.
