Finding Non-Execs
Russam GMS is able to find and introduce non-executive directors across a broad spectrum of companies at SME level.

All our fees for introducing Non-Executive Directors are negotiable but our standard fee is £10,000, payable in two equal tranches – one when the Non-Exec starts and the second at the end of the first three months, assuming the arrangement is still live. There is a commitment fee of £500 chargeable to the client before the search work commences and which is refundable against the first tranche of £5,000 chargeable when the assignment starts. If the arrangement does not work within three months, we will submit a new shortlist free of charge or return 30% of the fee charged.

On 21 May 2009 in London, John Collier of Clive & Stokes International and Charles Russam of Russam GMS – together with Barry Gamble, whose idea this was, hosted a NED Group debate - This House believes that the Combined Code is no longer fit for purpose... Attended by nearly 60 senior executives, the aim was to capture a range of views from practising directors, fund managers and professional advisors for submission to the Financial Reporting Council as a contribution to
their review of the Combined Code.
