INTERIM MANAGEMENT HEALTHCARE PRACTICE
The longest established mainstream Interim Management provider in the UK.

Our Mission is to provide outstanding flexible management resources to all our clients.

We understand the Healthcare sector and the exceptional rate and extent of change that typifies it at present. Not only is there a huge amount of change within the NHS, new models of delivering care are emerging and being encouraged by the government. There have never been better opportunities for becoming an outsourced provider of care to the NHS - or indeed the retail consumer - and we have recently experienced a number of enquiries from clients looking to expand in this way.

Stephen Brooker (Chairman) together with Mike Whitlam (Specialist Sector Advisor)Stephen Brooker is a widely experienced NHS non-executive director; with particular experience in governance and problem resolution. His Trust is one of the largest acute hospital trusts outside London with a £230m budget, 2 District General Hospitals, a recently completed Community Hospital, and a Cancer Centre. They are currently undergoing major service reconfiguration; building a new DGH/Cancer Centre and a Diagnostic and Treatment Centre.

Stephen is assisted in leading the practice by Mike Whitlam who has a long career in the voluntary sector and is also an NHS non-executive director - in a London PCT. At that Trust he has been especially concerned to increase their degree of engagement with the voluntary sector.

Stephen Brooker Says:

"One of the most rewarding aspects of our health care work is that we are finding people who can really add value and make a difference in the delivery of this service upon which, quite literally our lives depend."
