Fees are negotiated separately for every assignment we undertake – and virtually all of them are different – and agreed in writing.

Where assignments are either Interim Management or similar or permanent recruitment, our standard Terms of Business apply for these categories of business and these are available on this website.

Where the assignment relates to a sale or a purchase of a business or a transaction where a one-off fee is more appropriate, our fee will consist of a one off negotiated fee, payable on the date of completion of the transaction.

Our assignments cover a broad range. In some instances, we find the missing bit of a transaction for a senior executive registered with us and have been known to do the job for nothing!
