We meet to agree the project and the experience and skills required The search is undertaken strictly in accordance with the specification All shortlisted candidates are interviewed by a senior Russam GMS Principal. We include a skills matrix defining how each candidate meets the requirements, plus interview notes provided by Russam GMS. Frequent contact is maintained during the assignment to ensure that goals are achieved and independent post assignment reviews are undertaken.
