Better judgement - better selection - better outcomes

We are now inviting all of our Interim Executives to complete an online Personal Profile Assessment (PPA) to ensure "best fit" for a particular client assignment. We are now using PPAs (in partnership with Thomas International - for 25 years the leading psychometric and assessment firm) with the majority of our established clients and we have now decided to make it a mandatory component of the briefing & selection process with our clients.

This new development follows extensive assessment & psychometrics training to all Russam GMS staff. It helps us gain a much better understanding of the strengths that individual Interim Executives bring to an assignment - their work behaviours; and greater certainty for which Interim executives to short-list on a particular client assignment. Often an individual's skills and experiences may be perfectly suited but working style or values may be out of line with what that team or project requires. The test creates greater certainty for all parties - we don't want to waste your time.

Cost: We have agreed a reduced rate with Thomas International for executives registered with Russam GMS which is subsidised as part of our Associates Programme. The cost of the PPA is £30.14 + VAT or €39 (normal price £130).

Process: The PPA itself only takes 6 or 7 minutes . . .

2. On the final screen you will be directed to a Pay Pal site to register and pay the £30.14 + VAT.
3. Within a few hours of completing this PPA application you will receive by email an Assessment Invitation from Thomas International. This will advise of the login details, ID and password to complete the test.
4. Upon completion the detailed profile will be emailed back to you. Each PPA report contains:
• key behavioural details,
• a candidate feedback report,
• an interviewer's guide,
• and the three graphs.
5. Your profile will be appended to your records on the Russam GMS intranet.
